The Strivers Foundation is currently managed by three talented young people.
Jeremy Fryer-Biggs (Executive Director/Founder): Completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Chicago in 2007 and his Masters in Biomedical Engineering at Tufts University in 2010. Jeremy teaches science in low-income areas of Boston with the Whizkids Foundation and has worked for the popular television show Mythbusters. Over the years, Jeremy has prototyped for several government agencies, as well as won numerous national science awards.

Malcolm Cecil-Cockwell (Director of Finance): Completed a certificate in financial management and investment analysis at the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies and is currently completing his undergraduate degree at the same institution in forestry conservation science. Malcolm works as a forestry sector analyst with the Limberlost Forest and Wildlife Reserve and other groups and volunteers with Kiva as a business editor. He is also the Executive Director of the International Partnerships Foundation, an international student journalism organization.

Nidhi Patel (Director of Public Policy): Completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Chicago in 2005 and graduated from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with a Masters of Business Administration in 2009. Her past experience includes educational and agricultural consulting in Africa and Asia. Over the summer she worked with the Distric of Columbia School System transition to mayoral control. Nidhi's passion lies in local community development with a focus in economic and education initiatives driving job creation and human capital infrastructure.
